All Around The World

Hello everyone.

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while, I've been away... IN SINGAPORE!!!

Before you ask, yes it was AMAZING and definitely the best experience of my life so far.

Five Australian Army Cadets, including myself went to this amazing country along with a number of other cadets from all over the world including Brunei, Thailand, India, U.K, U.S.A, Hong Kong and New Zealand. It was not what I expected. At all. I thought it would be a strict program with introduction to Singapore's military and all but I could not have been more wrong.

We virtually got to see all of Singapore in such a unique and interesting way. We went on night safaris at Singapore Zoo, Universal Studios, The Australian Embassy, the War Memorials, various temples, so many things that one potentially might not see when travelling on their own.

I honestly believe that this has been the best experience of my entire life and I would highly recommend going to this amazing country if you ever have the chance!!!

Til next time,

Bri xx.

Cheeky Boy

So the best night of my life.

No it's not those nights that I spend with my friends being the silly characters that we are (although those nights do come terribly close). No it's not those nights just lounging around at home eating chocolate and watching cheesy love films (but again, it does come close).

The best night of my life happened last night.

OLLY FREAKING MURS CAME TO BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA TO COMPLETE HIS TOUR DOWN UNDER!!!

Holy moly it was amazing.

I went with my best friend, Anneli (this is her blog: http://sprinkleoflove101.blogspot.com.au/ ) and we both agree that it was better then the One Direction concert (now now calm down, 1D was pretty good).

I think the thing I loved most about it was the fact that he gets the crowd involved. We had to do some pretty crazy moves- shaking our hands in the air or jumping up and down or whatever. But besides that, we found out that he is one cheeky boy (just a heads up- he loves a 'screamer' :p) so aside from a concert it was also a comedy show which was a bonus.

Let me just say that if I liked Olly before this concert, loving him now is an understatement.

BUT!!! Anneli and I saw some of our friends from school and we were going to see if we could meet Olly after the concert but that cheeky boy left just before we had the courage to go hot-British-Boy-stalking. How rude.

Anyway it was an amazing night and if he ever comes to wherever you lovely people live in the world I highly recommend seeing this cheeky boy.

Little Ol' Me

Hey everybody!

So I realised that, yes for those of you lovely people who have read my other post, you know my top five things I want to do/be in life. But I didn't introduce myself- rude I know.

Sorry.

So my name's Bri and I'm from Australia- or as many of you know it 'Down Under'. For those of you who are wondering, no we don't ride kangaroos everywhere and we don't throw 'shrimp on the barbie' (shocker- we don't even call it shrimp!)

Anyway I am six-teen years old and have got one more year of dreaded high school left until I am done and don't have to return EVER AGAIN (and yes I am counting down the days)

This is my very first blog so yeah, I'm the official 'newbie'. Please don't pick or make fun of my not- so -good writing skills because we were all the newbies at some point.

Music is my life, my saviour, my everything really. Sounds cheesy, I know but I don't care. I love it. :)

I also la-la-love the TV series Skins. I'll admit, I did watch the first two series in three days so I s'pose you can say I am a little addicted.

The City. That's right, I'm a city gal. I love the hustle and bustle and the absolute madness you find there. People with their hot coffees in their hand rushing to get to work in their classy offices...yeah I like that :)

So I guess I'm boring you with everything I love and who I am and whatever, so I'll go now. Please leave your comments and everything else for me to read so I can say I'm not completely annoying and boring you all :)

Kombi Vans and Roadtrips

Do you ever get that burst of energy and suddenly think of everything you want to do/ be in life???

Well that happened to me yesterday... so here is a little insight to the things I want to do in my life. Hope you enjoy :)

1. Go to London

Well this is one of my dreams. Going to London. My best friend and I have decided we are going after we finish school. I don't know honestly what the big difference is between Australia and England, but it's just got that type of atmosphere that just draws my friend and I there.

Perhaps it's all those good looking singers and actors that pop out of the country...

2. Roadtrip!!!

So this idea came to me yesterday. I was sitting down, bored as usual and then BAM! I want an adventure, and what better way to do that then to go on a roadtrip around the sunny (and not so sunny) coasts of Australia with a bunch of friends.

And we can't forget the Kombi Vans, because it's just not a proper roadtrip without a Kombi Van

3. Inspire Someone

Yes, I know, I'm just an ordinary gal so who would listen to me out of any other people? I don't know. Just the thought of actually changing someone's life for the better would actually mean so much to me.

I want to live not just survive ya know?

4. New Years in New York

Alright in the movies this looks so cool, so why not give it a try? A bunch of strangers all counting down for the new year seems actually amazing. And that ball drop- there's nothing like that here Down Under

5. Be Famous!

Yeah, well everyone can dream can't they? And don't lie, everyone wanted to be famous or be an astronaut at some point in their lives!

Ok so they are my top five things I want to do in life! Hope you liked!
